Nicely done.We’re looking for a Communications Manager to join our Creative team at Collective Arts. It's lively and interesting even if it really just has the two sides to it, sour and raspberry. The acidity gives it some bite, and that accentuates the moderate carbonation that's there. OK, that's it for the flavor in the mouth it's got some mouthfeel from the extra proteins in it, and it's probably light or light-medium in body but it feels fuller. The grain doesn't really come through but that's OK. What else is there? It's a little floral. So where are the hops? They might be adding to the fruitiness but nothing really stands out to me. It seems authentic, and actually comes across like eating a real raspberry. well it's a lot more sour than I thought it would be, which is actually good. It smells like raspberry, and there's a bit of mineral to it as well. The head, however, is dropping before my eyes. ![]() It's a very hazy, even cloudy, deep pink in color beneath a fluffy head of lighter pink foam.
